Calcoast-ITL is wholly owned and operated by Mark A. Evans. Mark Evans came on board as a test engineer in 1988 and soon was managing the lighting division. There could not be a better job for a graduate of UC Berkeley with a degree in Physics. Mark Evans is currently on five SAE Lighting Committees and is able to monitor and advance the art of vehicle & roadway lighting.

Second in command, and an integral part of the Calcoast-ITL success story, is Douglas Cummins. Douglas Cummins also graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a B.S. in Mechanical & Nuclear Engineering. He Joined the Calcoast-ITL Team in 1994.
